Wednesday, October 23, 2013 - Smells of raw beets and cranberries, which is quite unique. Good acidity and very fruity, but very different than what I expected. Not at all like Blaufrankisch or Zweigeldt. Would be best served with earthy soups or meats. Ever so slightly off-dry, most likely to counter the acidity.
