Saturday, November 2, 2013 - My wife used half of bottle for a tasty boeuf bourguignon so I tried a glass when she cooked and another glass 36h later. Dark garnet. Vanilla and dark berries on the nose, a fair bit of oak and a bit lactic, sweet but also a touch bitterness on the palate, fine tannins. Nice medium finish. Holds up well in the fridge over almost two days.

Not sure how much this is selling for but am quite sure it would be good value. If I had any more would put aside for another year as the oak might integrated a bit more and there is some structure for short term aging.
