Sunday, December 8, 2013 - Cork came out with a loud pop. Lots of bubbles still and a beautiful nose of mature pinot noir. Like a fine old burgundy, but lots of fruit still. Could have more minerals and be more complex, but all in all a beautiful wine that is peaking right now. Original release.
