Friday, December 27, 2013 - Tasted at Clos Du Val today, this is the 40th Anniversary Wine and is 50% Tasmania fruit and 50% Australian fruit, nice mousse and medium/tiny bubbles, nose of spice, yeast and sweet fruit, more of the same on the palate, tasty, pleasant aftertaste with touches of sweetness throughout the finish.
