The 40th anniversary Sparkling Wine of Clos Du Val, 50% Tasmania fruit and 50% Australian fruit. Nose of green apple, grapefruit, and yeast, more of the same on the palate, improved during the dinner meal on the nose and palate, some age in the cellar has improved the mouth feel, medium body, almost viscous, hints of sweetness on the palate and mid palate, and a medium finish and aftertaste, great mousse with lots of tiny bubbles.

Tasted at Clos Du Val today, this is the 40th Anniversary Wine and is 50% Tasmania fruit and 50% Australian fruit, nice mousse and medium/tiny bubbles, nose of spice, yeast and sweet fruit, more of the same on the palate, tasty, pleasant aftertaste with touches of sweetness throughout the finish.

Very little on the nose, but brings soft cherry, baked green apple o the medium body. Juicy finish with moderate acidity.
