Friday, January 3, 2014 - Strongly suggest to open it 24 hours in advance if drinking near term. The wine gained significant concentration and complexity since the initial pour. This is super delicious tonight - a lot of sweet white cherries and peaches on the palate. Tart minerality on a long, if a bit sweet, finish. Certainly better down the road but it would be tough for me to stay away from my other bottle.
