Beautiful yet gentle mousse. Gorgeous med salmon color.
Nose shows off med intensity strawberry and raspberry fruits, yeast, tangerine.
Palate shows a dry wine, med(+) in body, with med alcohol(-). Notes of cherry pit, strawberry, wet soil, and mild yeasty notes lead into a rosé which has med(+) acidity and a med(+) length finish of red fruits, tangerine citrus, and soil.
This is a rather vinous Champagne made in a style for those who really appreciate wine...not just looking for some carbonation. Drinking beautifully now, will further improve another 2-3 years and drink well through 2023.
