Monday, February 17, 2014 - A lovely wine drinking wonderfully well with roast beef. Distinctly more fruity than previous outings but with layers of complexity and depth on the finish and a hint of alcoholic power. Drank from the bottle -once left in the glass for a while the wine seemed to harden up so I suggest that decanting is not required
