Monday, March 10, 2014 - I opened this wine to go with BBQ spare ribs tonight. Lovely nose of dark cherry and plum fruit with hints of earth, blackberry and briar, more of the same on the palate, smooth, and supple, this bottle showed tired fruit, nothing bad, just not the best I have had the last three years.
