Saturday, April 19, 2014 - a fresh and nice champagne, has been in my cellar for a few years and on the nose I can find seashells, oysters, mineral, bread, apples, toast. The taste is fresh, ocean, lemon, oysters, a bit short, works really well for me as an appetizer .
