Tuesday, May 6, 2014 - Earthy floral on the nose, light medium bodied pinot that achieves that rare mix of light and depth. Balanced mid-palate with ripened plum, black cherry, cigar, cola, pomegranate, and a chocolaty signature all swirling with a velvety smooth texture and earthy hue. The finish is intriguing and medium-long with spice, tannins and earthy cream. It's well worth the price from an accomplished pinot winemaker. Will stock up for every day use.
