Wednesday, May 7, 2014 - #19-10, 7.5% abv. Pale straw colour, with a slightly viscous appearance. Upon opening, there's a good amount of sulphur on the nose as to be expected, and a bouquet of ripe white peaches, almond blossom, and honey. This is certainly on the sweeter side and very, very rich, but not too ripe or over the top or anything silly like that. The finish tapers off a bit too quickly, leaving you only with a faint hint of honey in your mouth. I find the acidity a bit lacking as well, but not to the point that its absence is detrimental to the wine.
