Tuesday, June 10, 2014 - Deep, gorgeous nose of vosne spice, rose petals, and vibrant red fruits. The palate is lean to medium in body, showing tart red fruits, medium plus spice, with good freshness, and integrated tannins that are still active in a quiet way. Finishes gracefully, medium in length. This was a spectacular effort for this village wine, very representative of Vosne. Was also a passively stored bottle bought on release through a direct import program.
