Thursday, July 31, 2014 - PnP after chilly in fridge for 30mins. Ruby purple dense but not saturated with a violet rim. Raspberry cocoa espresso and smoky herbs on the nose. Medium weight with ripe cherry skin tannins with a touch of black tea grip. Bright red and blue fruits on the palate with a touch of espresso herbs with a lingering minerally finish. great with grilled Oyama sausages. Great value.

Sealed and saved half the bottle in the fridge overnight. Poured a glass and let it air for 2hrs. Nicely integrated with fruit a little more forward. Fruit flies love it which is always a good sign. +1
