Monday, August 13, 2007 - Nearly clear and effervescent with a suprisingly fine bead. Simple, clean, soft pear/kiwi fruit aromas; dry in the mouth with a length that, while modest, is more than I expected. The spritz here is very welcome, compensating for the low acidity. An excellent hot-weather or lunchtime quaff.
