Wednesday, August 13, 2014 - Champagne & Sushi (Masu, Mpls, MN): Light gold color. Drank 1 glass over 30 minutes. This had more weight, but was less descriptive both on the nose and palate for me overall; yeast, citrus, full body, chalk, with some stone fruit coming through later, medium finish. 90+pts.
