Sunday, September 7, 2014 - Just beautiful.
Popped and poured. Linear and focused with lemony notes. High acid.
After two hours in fridge, aromas blossomed. Just a truly wonderful chard. Rounder, tropical notes and gorgeous mouthfeel. Acid subdued but plentiful. Honestly as good a chard as I've ever had.
Just one bottle left.
