Sunday, September 14, 2014 - Bought this wine cheap off Winebid just for the novelty of trying a 2000 Bien Nacido. An hour or so in the decanter. Bacon/smoke nose, raspberry on entry leading into dark fruit on the backend with just a hint of sweetness. Tannins still lively. You can taste the Bien Nacido terroir. The wine has aged well.
