Tuesday, September 23, 2014 - Light-medium ruby color. Nice nose of plums, black pepper, ripe red cherry, tobacco. Cherry flavors lead on the palate in a fairly light-bodied structure, quite pleasant. Neither tart nor soft, but rather juicy. Finishes with dry, coating, and very fine-grained tannins. A rare grape, vinified quite nicely.
