Saturday, September 27, 2014 - Supper at Mal's (Mal's place, Melrose Park, Sydney): Aromas of savoury plum, sweet blackberry, cream, slight vanilla, spice, slight leather and BBQ meat. In the mouth there are flavours of juicy plums and blackberries with drying tannins. Well balanced, long, nice.
