Tuesday, October 7, 2014 - Beautiful wine drunk after tough love handling : first half via Coravin with the remainder left under argon in our beach house pantry for 3 months ( at least it was winter ) !
Dark colour. Terrific nose of black fruits, plum and cherry, allspice and earth. Palate quite dense, intense with long follow through. Unchanged after 3 months with argon ! A delicious surprise given the year.
