Friday, October 10, 2014 - Open, typical scent. Bread, coconut oil comes first followed by some mushrooms and caramel sause.

Bread, coconut oil, white flowers, conference pears and pink grapefruit on the palate. Nicely balanced with some poolished minerals in the mid palate. In the end there is a uplifting grapefruit bitterness that distinguish this from other champagnes. The grapefruit gets more marked after some time in the glass.

Overall a rather personal and well made champagne.
