Sunday, September 2, 2007 - Had quite a bit of earth/dirt taste at beginning. Blew off after a 1/2 hour (did not decant). Opened up to a beautiful wine; big cherry/berry and complex. Wait atleast another year for the next one. Surprisingly good.
