Saturday, November 1, 2014 - Notes from day 1, bottle open for about 3 hours.
Medium to light gold in color.
Nose of pineapple rind, peach, minerals, spice.
Palate of pineapple, papaya, white peach, minerals, spice.
The finish was long in length and there was great minerality as well.
Overall the wine was really good, with a nice punch up front, but lots of acidity to keep you going back for more.
