Monday, September 3, 2007 - Intense, vibrant nose of game and the herbs often used when cooking game. Deep, rich, ripe fruit on the palate, with a suprisingly strong tannic grip. Excellent balance and finish. Excellent paired with duck breast with wild mushroom-demi glace sauce.
