Friday, November 7, 2014 - Strong nose of wildflower, saline / brine, dark fruit, funk. Palate was at first all brine but settled down quickly to reveal roasted meats, smoke, cherry, pepper, black olive. These are probably very close to reaching their sweet spot, if like me you're into marrying the best balance of acid & fruit. Delicious.
