Less cabernet on the nose than hte pate, which does manage an unexpected tobacco/herbal flavour. It’s fairly assertive in its medium-weight, but in a simple way; the medium length finish isn’t terribly satisfying somehow. Low dusty tannins, dry finish; it’s a fair effort but not for the cellar.
