Monday, December 1, 2014 - Dark purple - it hasn't lost much color. Nose of nice strong blackberry juice laced with black pepper. When I tried this the first day is was as flat as Kansas. The second day was a bit better, and this tasting note is from the third day on a counter in a cool room. There is a mild raspberry sweetness with a distant spec of vanilla and significant blackberry bramble. Creamy texture. The alcohol is a bit more prevalent than I thought it would be.
