Friday, September 14, 2007 - Popped and poured.
Intense purple all the way to the rim. Deceptive nose headlined by raspberries and strawberry jam. Palate is dominated by a rush of black fruit and spice and an awful lot of tannin. Tannic. A plethora of fat, dusty, yet not harsh/sharp tannins. There seems to be enough balance with the fruit and acid to assume this wine will age quite well. Long, lingering, polished finish. My first Termes experience, but definitely not my last. Awesome QPR.
