Subtle yeast, becomes fruit forward and a bit floral in the glass, green apple, fresh cut pear. The palate is light, mild yeast, orchard fruit, with some mineral on the finish. Fairly light bodied, more fruit than anything else, but a serviceable sparkler. Personally I'd go with a number of different domestics instead.
