Saturday, September 15, 2007 - Not much intensity aromatically; Grilled meat, earth. Spicy and piercing texture, solid structure with noticeable tannin. Fruit is right there, with an interesting herbal note. Quite satisfying and food friendly, but not a great deal of depth and probably as good as it's going to get.
