Saturday, June 4, 2011 - Inky red in colour, the nose has developed plum with vanillin oak and wonderful dark berry and chocolate aromas.

The wine has elegance and sophistication with layers of flavour centered around plum and a meaty/earthy complexity. The tannins are fine yet firm and provide a constant across the palate. The finish has waves of blackberry, dark cherry and spicy vanillin oak that linger effortlessly.
