Fine Wines SG - BYOB “Whose Wine is it anyway?” (Praelum Wine Bistro): Oh. So. Fricking. Big! This one showed such tremendous power on both the nose and palate, with extremely rich plums and Kirsch, as well as dark chocolates, coffee, and even of clove-spiced meatloaf, and cinnamon. Those intense cherry fruits stayed for a good long time, along with some fresh mouthwatering acids which gave it a very juicy character, along with that richness and lusciousness. To date, even with 10 years of wine drinking, The Stocks still proved itself, hands-down my favourite Aussie Shiraz. Feels like a homecoming to taste this again

Inky red in colour, the nose has developed plum with vanillin oak and wonderful dark berry and chocolate aromas.
The wine has elegance and sophistication with layers of flavour centered around plum and a meaty/earthy complexity. The tannins are fine yet firm and provide a constant across the palate. The finish has waves of blackberry, dark cherry and spicy vanillin oak that linger effortlessly. Review Link - www.winereviewer.com.au (drink by 2025)

Big South Australia Shiraz, meaty with a long, perhaps heavy finish. A bit hot, but still well balanced all in all.
