Tuesday, January 13, 2015 - Opened by Allred. Second time I have had this wine with the last time being in 2005. Burnt red color with a slight orange rim. Some mustiness on the nose at first. A definite old world character. Notes of iron, black fruit and tobacco leaf. This has faded slightly in the last 10 years but was still drinking very well. Especially of you like a more restrained style of wine. 92 points.
