Monday, January 19, 2015 - Coravin, using large pours into each stem t0 capitalize on air. Rose liked this a lot. Bright blue fruit, pine needles, tar on the nose. Watery profile with fine gritty tannins briefly coating more ripe black and blue fruit. Comes across like a cab-franc lacking in pepper. Easy drinker that went nicely w King Salmon, this is a food-friendly wine that would readily pair with almost anything.
