Tuesday, January 20, 2015 - Opulent, powerful and silky. Amazing viscosity. Notes of red fruit, meat and chocolate. Still a bit primary and may not develop into a hugely complex wine but a gorgeous mouthful of claret. Drank with pheasant and cheese. Should improve for a decade at least.
