Thursday, February 12, 2015 - Clearly a bit of bottle variation. Tonight's bottle was nowhere near as butterscotchy and oaky. Brighter both in color (even greener) and in flavor. Much more mineral driven palate. Still showing some oak but it's more of a compliment to the fruit rather than overpowering it. Much much more enjoyable and impressive than the previous bottle.
