Saturday, February 14, 2015 - Crashing at Salil's House: ripe cherry, herbs, rich nose of sweet ripe fruit - almost gamay-like. with time - more herbs and mineral. mid is full of fresh red fruit, acidity, touch of tobacco. nice medium finish with a zing of lemon. a hint of bell pepper on the nose - but only if you search for it. Yum!
