Sunday, February 22, 2015 - SOBEWFF '15 Domaines Barons de Rothschild. Dark color with garnet on the edges. Dry earth, unsmoked tobacco, spices and leather really relegate the fruit on this one (too Carmenerish). Starchy tannins, low acidity, juicy red fruit, nice new oak gives a touch of elegance as this wine's softness does a lot to redeem it.
