Sunday, March 8, 2015 - Did not decant, drank from opening through one hour. Beautiful dark blackberry and coffee notes, leather and still a tannic back that is evolving. Not as rustic as some aglianocos can be. No sediment. Loved every sip, was outstanding with rigatoni carbonara and short rib. Great now and a few more years.
