Tuesday, October 9, 2007 - had at B&B @ The Venetian, Las Vegas. restrained nose. pleasant leather, cherry and spice on the mid-palate but very very tight on the finish...serious cotton-mouth. eased up some with protein. this wine needs several hours in the decanter or better yet, several more years of bottle age.
