Tuesday, April 7, 2015 - Outstanding wine in it's prime and drinks best after 1.5 hours in the decanter. Overall, tasting experience in line with my notes from last August. Great, fresh, bright red fruit, a supple, puckery character, with refined yet firm tannins on the finish. Delicate yet stubborn, graceful yet gritty, definitely 'old school' and I love it. Went great with a savory chicken stir-fry and rice. Drink now - 2021.
