Sunday, May 10, 2015 - Trying another 95. Very nice nose that makes you feel this wine should be ready, but not even close. Still fairly acidic and tanic. There is a solid core of fruit and structure behind the walls. At about two hours the wine was just becoming approachable. I would not even touch for a minimum of five years. This will never be on the level of the great Jadot BM's, but I am hopeful it will round into an excellent wine sometime in the future.
