Monday, May 11, 2015 - This has come of age (though still driven by primary fruit) and settled down to a very nice, very modern, very polished Bordeaux-wine. It will probably live 10 years from now, but i do not see it improving much, the commercial, smooth look is what this is about. (with steak haché at home)
