Saturday, May 30, 2015 - Slightly effervescent; golden yellow on the eye; asphalt and apples on the nose. Apples and straw on the palate with a good (not great) mouthfeel and finish. A pleasant vinous alternative to beer for warm weather; i.e. type appropriate as vinho verde.
