Saturday, May 2, 2015 - Decanted for only about 20 minutes because we were impatient. I think it would benefit from a bit more time opened up though.

Cherry, earth, with rose notes arising as the wine opened up.
Just a really good wine. Nothing out of place.

Drank with a meat and cheese board. It played well with the truffle cheese we had.
