Saturday, June 20, 2015 - #09-81, 10% abv. Ex-cellar Bonelli. You don't see Praedikats like this anymore! Moderate golden colour. Intensely spicy and herbal nose, with aromas of pineapple, grapefruit, guava, and things much more exotic than that. The palate features the same assortment of fruit and spice. This shows extremely potent acidity, with just a smidgen of perceptible sweetness that gives the palate a rounder texture. To be honest, I've no clue as to the sugar level of this one -- the acidity is what dominates here. This finishes with some green herbal notes (think lemongrass) as well as a slight touch of almond. Very long.
