Sunday, July 5, 2015 - Lots of autolytic yeast and bread dominates both nose and palate, partially blocking the fruit. Medium+ acidity and good minerality. A bit short and harsh on the finish. Fell short of the Pierre Peters L'esprit d 2008 we had alongside. Good but not great champagne. Might improve with cellaring.
