Tuesday, July 14, 2015 - Dark inky color and first pour through an aerator exhibited dark fruit and a lot of heat on the initial taste and on the finish. Four days later, dark fruit, pencil, and some tobacco with less heat and an oak barrel tastel on the finish. Maybe it needs food to rein it in.
