Saturday, July 18, 2015 - Medium-pale lemon. Toast on the nose, with ripe lemon and butterscotch. Medium acidity with very little sugar, with ripe orchard and citrus fruits and some nutty notes. Fairly hollow, short finish. 85

Update next day: flavors intensified somewhat, with lots of citrus and yeast; creamy mouthfeel. Still a bit hollow in the mid palate, but richer.
